SCOTT ARNOLD
Higher level and 100+ match list
(Page last up-dated on 5 July 2013)
Scott first taste of competitive cricket was in 1988 with the City Cricket Club in the Southern Tasmania Cricket League. Apart from two brief coaching stints with other clubs, he played in excess of 200 first grade games for City, during that time scoring close to 5,000 runs and winning a club record nine 'Best Clubman' awards. Despite that Scott's proudest achievement is making the transition from player to umpire, the latter being a role he says he never envisaged would prove to be so challenging. As a result he has a new found new respect for umpires and officials who support competitions in all sports.
